About Ruby
I am a certified yoga teacher, medical yoga therapist, and proud single mother with over a decade of teaching experience.
I completed my 200-hour TTC from AYM Rishikesh, Medical Yoga Therapy certification, and hold a Master's in Yoga from Jain Vishwa Bharti University.
Having healed my own knee and posture issues through yoga, I now help students worldwide find strength, balance, and inner peace through mindful movement. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness.
I love dancing, painting, singing, and old music, and speak fluently in English and Hindi.
