It stopped being just a class a long time ago
People who met through a Zoom screen now meet for lunch. That wasn't the plan — it's just what happened.

The annual get-together
Every year Sarita opens her home so that people who normally see each other through a Zoom screen can meet properly, eat together and spend the afternoon talking.
Birthdays and milestones
Birthdays get sung to at the start of class. It's a small thing that tells you what kind of a group this is.
Potlucks and meet-ups
Smaller regional meet-ups happen through the year — a few members, a table, and a lot of food.
Member stories
"I've been with Sarita's classes for three years now. I've got stronger, and I've made real friends — people I'd never have met otherwise."
"8am sounds early until you've done it for a week. Now it's the best part of my morning."
"My physiotherapist asked what I'd been doing differently. I said yoga, five mornings a week, from my living room."
